What size are the photo magnets?
Our square photo magnets are 50mm x 50mm, making them the perfect size for displaying your favourite memories without taking over the fridge.
How do I create my photo magnets?
It’s easy! Simply choose your pack, upload your favourite photos, and place your order. We’ll take care of the rest and turn your memories into beautiful photo magnets.
Can I order more than the available pack sizes?
Absolutely. If you’d like a larger quantity than the packs available online, contact us and we’ll be happy to provide a personalised quote.
Can I order photo magnets in bulk for an event?
Yes! Our photo magnets make lovely wedding favours, party keepsakes, family-event mementos and corporate gifts. Contact us for bulk quantities and we’ll help create an option that suits your event.
Will my photo be cropped?
Because our magnets are square, some photos may need slight cropping to fit. For the best result, choose photos with the important people or details positioned away from the very edges.
What type of photos work best?
Clear, high-resolution photos with good lighting work best. Photos taken on most modern smartphones are perfect. Avoid screenshots, blurry images or very low-resolution photos where possible.
How long will my order take?

Each Rosheli order is personalised and made especially for you. It takes 2-3 business days plus delivery time.
Brands & Businesses
Each bulk pack features one photo or design repeated across all magnets. Because of the larger quantity, it is prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days plus delivery time.

Can I send photo magnets as a gift?
Of course! Photo magnets are a beautiful way to turn special memories into a thoughtful keepsake. You can also choose our gift-ready option for an extra-special presentation.
Live Events
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests simply scan the event QR code with their phone and upload their favourite photos through their browser.
What happens to the digital photos after the event?
After the event, Rosheli will provide the event host or organiser with a link to the digital photo gallery. The gallery will remain available for 10 days, giving you time to view or download the photos. After that period, the photos will be permanently deleted from Rosheli’s storage.
Can magnets be made during the event?
Yes, depending on the event size, venue location and package selected. Live production is available for suitable events within Rosheli’s service area.
Can the magnets be made after the event instead?
Yes. Guests can upload their photos during the event, and Rosheli can create the magnets afterwards for delivery or postage to a nominated address.
Can we add a custom event design or overlay?
Yes. A custom overlay can be added around the edges of your magnet design.
How much space do you need at the venue?
For live production, we need a dedicated setup area of approximately 2 m × 2 m with access to power.
How do I check if my event date is available?
Complete the event enquiry form with your event date, venue and details. We’ll confirm availability and get back to you with suitable options.
How much does a live event package cost?
Pricing depends on factors such as guest numbers, venue location, event duration and whether magnets are produced during or after the event. Each event is quoted individually.
