Our Products

Rosheli creates personalised photo magnets using photographs supplied by you.

As each product is individually created, slight variations in colour, positioning or appearance may occur between what you see on a screen and the finished printed product.

We take care to produce your magnets to a high standard and as closely as reasonably possible to the images and selections submitted with your order.

Your Photos

By uploading photographs to Rosheli, you confirm that:

• You own the photographs or have permission to use them;

• You have the necessary permission to reproduce the images as personalised products; and

• Your use of the photographs does not knowingly infringe another person's intellectual property or other rights.

Your photos are provided for the purpose of creating and fulfilling your personalised order.

We reserve the right to decline an order containing content that is unlawful or that we reasonably consider inappropriate for production.

Photo Quality & Cropping

You are responsible for reviewing the photographs, positioning and cropping submitted with your order.

The quality of the finished product depends partly on the quality of the original image supplied. Clear, high-resolution photographs with good lighting generally produce the best results.

Rosheli is not responsible for issues resulting from blurry, low-resolution, poorly lit or incorrectly cropped images where the finished product accurately reflects the photograph submitted.

Orders

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including your:

• Selected pack size

• Uploaded photographs

• Photo cropping and positioning

• Delivery information

• Contact details

After an order has entered production, we may not be able to change or cancel it because personalised products are made specifically for you.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to assist before production begins.

Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change from time to time. Any price changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for.

Payment must be successfully completed before your order can be processed.

Shipping & Delivery

Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order volumes, destination, postal services and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.

Returns, Refunds & Personalised Products

Because Rosheli products are personalised and made specifically for each customer, change-of-mind returns or exchanges may not be available once production has begun.

This does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Promotions & Discount Codes

From time to time, Rosheli may offer promotions or discount codes.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions:

• Cannot be combined with other offers;

• Apply only during the advertised promotional period; and

• May be changed or withdrawn where permitted by law.

Additional conditions may apply to individual promotions and will be communicated with the relevant offer.

Website Information

We aim to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

Occasionally, information may contain errors or omissions. Where an error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you where appropriate to explain the issue and available options.

Intellectual Property

The Rosheli name, logo, website design, written content, graphics and other original Rosheli materials are owned by or licensed to Rosheli and may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission.

This does not transfer ownership of customer photographs to Rosheli.

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Information provided when placing an order is used as necessary to process your order, communicate with you and provide our services.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law where those guarantees apply.

Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, website or legal requirements.

The version published on our website at the time you place your order will apply to that purchase.
